What: Come and join us for a beer dinner and social, starring Pretty Things beers and a Spring menu from Vee Vee’s chef Seth Morrison.
Dann Paquette and his wife Martha, of the new local Pretty Things Beer & Ale Project, will mingle, talk about their beers and answer questions.
The Menu:
Welcome Course: We'll welcome you with a "brewer's choice" beer -a Belgian beer that has inspired Dann, and an assortment of chef Seth's offal.

Seafood Course: You'll be seated social-style and dig in to the "Bayou Bake", a Louisiana-style clambake. Communal bowls of wild shrimp, crawfish, crab, oysters, clams and mussels along with andouille sausage and new potatoes cooked in a beer broth.
Beer: Pretty Things Jack D'Or: Saison Americain

Spring Lamb Course: Spring is here and that means lamb, and we’re doing it full justice with three small plates:
A): Loin of lamb, sliced and served with a salad of lamb's quarters.
B): Roast leg of lamb, served with spring vegetables: favas, fiddleheads, snap peas...
C): Beer-braised Lamb Shank & Shoulder Stew, with garlic and Cranberry beans
At Vee Vee, we source our meat from a small cooperative in Vermont, which practices humane and sustainable methods of farming.
Beer: Pretty Things St. Botolph's Town, a rustic dark beer

Cheese Course: A selection of farmhouse cheeses and accompaniments will bring this springtime feast to a close.

About Pretty Things Beer & Ale Project:
Renowned New England brewer Dann Paquette and his wife Martha have created a new local beer brand with roots in Belgium, Yorkshire and the USA. Their beers are creative, local, and fun.
We plan to have all three of the Pretty Things beers on draught for this event. Each beer (including Dann's Welcome Course pick) will be a 12 oz. pour. Should you still be thirsty, additional beer will be available for purchase.
